  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in local currency (specify currency, e.g., INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed in-store may not include taxes, delivery charges, or additional service charges, where applicable.
  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, including color, size, and materials, are accurate. However, slight variations in product appearance may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
  1. Orders and Payments
  • In-Store Purchases: All transactions made within our store are final, and customers are expected to complete their purchase at the time of sale.
  • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods for in-store purchases:

    • Underwear, swimwear, and similar intimate items
  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a product, you can visit the store with your receipt, and we’ll assist you in finding an appropriate replacement.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist in replacing the item or offering a full refund if the product is found to be defective.
  • Damage During Delivery: As our services are offline, no delivery charges apply. However, if a product is damaged during transit (in case we provide local delivery), please notify us immediately to arrange a solution.
